AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

This specification is approved for use by the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research,

Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC), Research, Development and

Engineering Command (RDECOM), Department of the Army, and is available for use by

all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.

1. SCOPE

1.1 Scope. This specification covers a 900 cubic foot per minute (ft3/min) [425 liter per

second (L/s)], fender-mounted, heavy-duty, two-stage, dry-type air cleaner assembly referred to

herein as the "assembly" (see 6.1).

2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
